Succesful Super 1 for Bruce White, Harrison and Campbell-Mills

The Paul Carr Racing Team was split in two this weekend, with the Rotax squad heading north to the Rowrah circuit in the Lake District whilst the TKM racing team travelled to our closest track at Shenington for the second round of the Super 1  series.

There was plenty of success for the TKM team using the Tony Kart Viper chassis and Paul Carr prepared motors, with Extreme pilot  Charlie Bruce-White taking a win in one of the finals, along with Junior Lee Harrison recording his first trip to the podium by taking third in the second final along with a fifth in final one.

Again, newcomer Jake Campbell-Mills impressed by posting fastest lap in the second final in Jnr TKM proving that progress in the Paul Carr Racing environment comes quickly.

The Rotax team was in Rowrah to prepare for the coming O plate and Super 1 events.  While all the desired results didn't materialise for the team drivers a great deal of promise was shown in terms of pace.  In Seniors Tom Oliphant got his best result so far against a competive grid finishing fourth overall, whilst Charlie Eastwood suffered from various incidents but delivered the required speed.

In Juniors both Rob Holland and Sam Ward showed that they have the speed neccesary to compete well for the O plate title, and Guy Perry came home in thirteenth - a very promising finish for a Rowrah rookie.
