Having a chassis which is handling perfectly is vital to the performance and ultimate speed of your kart on the circuit. The majority of significant handling problems are commonly traced to chassis misalignment and/or incorrect steering geometry.

Paul Carr Racing is equipped with the tooling and expertise to check, measure and if necessary, correct all types of direct drive kart chassis.

The typical rough and tumble of a race meeting can often result in the corner weights becoming incorrect and the castor and camber angles on the steering yokes becoming misaligned. These are common problems which we correct and our typical rates for this work are shown below:-

Chassis ride height/corner weight check and adjustment (if necessary) -     £45 + vat
